ITA provides specialized psychological services through a psychological and behavioral center licensed by MOH, Oman. The center delivers various psychological services as follows:

ITA's team specializes in dealing with several mental and psychological disorders, for instance, anxiety and related illnesses (GAD, OCD, SAD, phobia), depression, suicidal thoughts, panic attacks, personality disorders, sexual disorders (gender dysmorphia, sexual orientation, sexual harassment), adjustment disorder, and other behavioral disorders (stuttering, compulsive masturbation in children and adults, and anger syndrome). Therefore, our team has adopted different therapeutic methods to serve our clients' needs, for example, CBT, DBT, ACT, EPT, elective therapy, and relaxation techniques, for individuals and groups.
ITA devotes special attention to gifted people of all ages, even the elderly. Recent studies indicate that gifted people are more susceptible to psychological disorders because of their unusual abilities, which may not be fully understood by the society around them.
The treatment sessions are designed in an innovative way, considering clients' confidentiality, financial capabilities, and time constraints.
